Rear Twist Beam (RTB)

The Rear Twist Beam plays a crucial role in vehicle suspension and alignment. Our testing ensures that it can endure long-term use without compromising safety or performance. We perform Durability/Endurance and Strength tests to verify its robustness, as well as Corrosion and Vibration tests to assess its resilience to environmental factors and road-induced stresses.

Front Cross Member (FCM)

The Front cross member (FCM) plays a crucial role in vehicle suspension and alignment. Our testing ensures that it can endure long-term use without compromising safety or performance. We perform Durability/Endurance and Strength tests to verify its robustness, as well as Corrosion and Vibration tests to assess its resilience to environmental factors and road-induced stresses.

Lower Control Arm (LCA)

The Lower Control Arm connects the suspension system to the chassis and helps maintain stability. We conduct Strength and Vibration testing to ensure its performance under various load conditions. Our Durability/Endurance tests simulate prolonged use, while Corrosion testing guarantees that it remains intact even in harsh weather conditions.

Body Bracket (For RTB to be assembled with the body)

The Body Bracket serves as a key attachment point between the rear twist beam and the body of the vehicle. Testing for Strength and Durability ensures that the connection is secure and stable over time. Corrosion testing ensures that it withstands environmental wear, while Durability testing validates its performance throughout the vehicle’s lifespan.

Cross Car Beam or IP Beam (CCB)

The Cross Car Beam is a critical component that provides structural integrity for the vehicle’s interior. Sukhena’s Strength testing ensures that the CCB can withstand dynamic forces, while Vibration and Corrosion tests ensure that it can handle the wear and tear of regular use. Durability tests confirm that it retains its structural properties over time.

Front and Rear Bumpers

Bumpers are essential for protecting both the vehicle and passengers. Sukhena conducts Strength and Vibration tests to assess their ability to absorb impact and withstand forces during a collision. Our Durability/Endurance testing simulates a range of real-world impacts and stresses, and Corrosion testing ensures the bumpers remain functional even in the toughest conditions.

Rear Suspension Links

Rear Suspension Links are key to vehicle stability, transmitting forces between the rear suspension and the vehicle frame. We conduct extensive Strength testing to assess their ability to handle load-bearing and impact conditions. Additionally, Vibration and Durability tests simulate the stresses the suspension undergoes during use, while Corrosion testing ensures that these components stand up to exposure in various environments.
