Our Timeline

2011

Sukhena began its journey of engineering services by offering CAE simulation and modelling services from its Bangalore operations.

Sukhena leverages its ‘Finite Element’ Modeling and analysis support for Japanese Customers, with HYPERMESH, Optistruct and ANSA as a standard tool meeting the industry standards.

2014

Sukhena consolidates its engineering services offerings by offering domain-based CAE Support in Structural, Crash & Safety and NVH areas to meet the corporate needs in automotive segment.

Domain based CAE support was offered to many Tier-2 & Tier-3 companies.

2016

Sukhena forays into Physical Testing and Validation of automotive parts at DV and PV stages of component or subsystem development.

Testing and validation of Underbody parts of Automotive vehicle were performed with full ownership and successfully coordinated with end customers and the Testing lab.

Sukhena was involved extensively in the Engineering Specifications reviews, Testing Fixtures development, Test Setup, Test Methodology, Preparation of Checklists, NDT-Dye Penetration Test and review of test reports and actively addressing customer queries.

2018 - 2020

Sukhena expands its engineering services in Tool & Die design and in Aerospace & General Engineering domains.

Successfully designed and delivered the ‘Autoclave’ Loading Trolley Design to tier-1 aerospace company.

Validated the various designs of Heavy ‘Rice whitener’ milling machines for NVH and Strength performance through CAE simulations.

Designed and delivered Stamping Tool & Die designs for various BIW parts to Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers.

Sukhena enters Small Scale Manufacturing plant setup by offering wide range of services from RFQ stage till SORP, including Plant layout, Vendors Identification, evaluation and qualification, Piece price negotiation with customers and implementation of APQP, PPAP sign-off and regular production.

Sukhena setup two ‘Greenfield Manufacturing Plants for manufacturing Bus Sheet metal Bumper Fascia and Bus Seat Back and Cushion Frames structural parts.

2020 - 2024

Sukhena become Full Scale Product Design & Development service provider.

EV segment – Bus, LCV, 4W & 2W

Wind Turbine – Structure Design & Validation
